Husband-and-wife team Danny and Niki Sadler, owners of Sadler Homes in Auburndale, Florida, are our featured building professionals this month.

Danny Sadler Jr. has devoted his entire adult life to the construction industry. With extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, he is proficient in managing every phase of the building process.
In 2017, Danny and his wife, Niki, founded Sadler Homes. Niki enhances the customer experience by offering a “TV Experience,” using computer software to design custom plans and present clients with a 3D view of their home or project. Her innovative approach, combined with Danny’s deep expertise in home building, has earned the company multiple accolades—including Home of the Year in both 2020 and 2023, awarded by the Polk County Builders Association.

The couple has been blessed with three sons—Drake, Lang, and Rhett—who occasionally assist on job sites, contributing to the family-oriented spirit of the business.
